Safety

For your and our safety, there are some precautions that must be taken or followed. These are mainly to ensure the air quality in the meeting room and to prevent the spread of viruses.

Disinfect table and chairs
Ventilate the room
Wear a mask if required

Measuring equipment

On the black cabinet to the right of the screen you will find an air quality meter. This indicates how much particulate matter and CO2 is in the air of the meeting room. If the CO2 level is higher than 1200 ppm (parts per million), you should open all windows and doors as far as possible. It may also be wise to briefly interrupt the meeting.

You can also briefly move your hand in front of the display, then the meter will indicate by means of a colour whether the air quality is good or bad. If the colour is red, you should apply the measures mentioned above.

The room is also equipped with an air filtration machine. This continuously refreshes the air and filters out virus and dust particles. In automatic mode, this device switches on as soon as the air quality becomes poor. It can also be operated manually as soon as the CO2 becomes too high. Please note that the device makes quite a bit of noise.

Cleaning products

In the first black cupboard next to the door, you will find various cleaning products. At the end of the meeting, the conference table should be disinfected with these cleaning products. Use either the paper wipes or the cloth wipes. If you use the cloth wipes, please leave them in the kitchen after use. Be careful not to leave any streaks on the table when cleaning. By continuing to rub, all streaks will eventually disappear.

Ventilating the room

During the meeting, it is recommended to open the dome windows. Of course, this depends on the outside temperature. If it is too cold, both doors should be opened. It is important to ventilate the room as much as possible.
